Refunds and Returns Policy For KET Express Online Shopping

 

Section Details
Eligibility for Returns 1. Accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase.
2. Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
3. Non-returnable items unless defective:
– Personalized/custom-made products.
– Perishable goods.
– Downloadable software/digital products.
Initiating a Return 1. Contact customer support via email (sales@ket.co.ke) or phone (+254115118171) within the return period.
2. Provide:
– Order number.
– Reason for return.
– Description and quantity of item(s).
3. Support team will guide you and provide RMA number if applicable.
Return Shipping 1. Customers pay for return shipping unless item is defective or return due to our error.
2. Use a trackable method; we are not responsible for lost/damaged returns.
Inspection and Refund Process 1. Returned item inspected for eligibility.
2. Approved returns processed within 3 business days. Refund issued via original payment method unless agreed otherwise.
3. For defective items, may offer replacement/store credit.
Refund Timeframe Allow up to 3 business days for refund processing, depending on payment method and financial institution.
Non-Refundable Items 1. Clearance or sale items.
2. Items from third-party sellers.
3. Damaged or altered items after delivery.
Exchanges No direct exchanges. Follow return process and place a new order for desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items Contact customer support immediately with evidence (e.g., photographs) to request a return or exchange.
Final Sale Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for return/refund.
Modifications to the Policy KET Express reserves the right to modify/update policy at any time without prior notice. Effective immediately upon posting revised policy on website.
Shipping Returns Mail returns to:
Nairobi CBD, Kai Plaza, 655, Floor 4 HSE 4 Tom Mboya Street.
Customers pay for return shipping; shipping costs are non-refundable.
